It seems Microsoft is emailing the $20 version of Killer Instinct unlocked to people who have been dedicated with Xbox Live. So keep a look on your emails. If you do receive this email, it seems they will send you instructions on how to unlock it on November 22nd.
Killer Instinct is looking to be a great game. They just recently announced Fulgore, Spinal, and Orchid as playable characters when it launches.
